Anne-Marie Tremblay began her career in emergency and intensive care nursing, where precision and resilience were essential. Her constant drive for growth led her to transition into the private sector and pursue business management studies. That combination of healthcare discipline, leadership, and risk expertise eventually drew her into entrepreneurship alongside her partner, building CyberSpective into a trusted cybersecurity advisory firm.
As Vice President, Anne-Marie plays a key role in guiding organizations through complex cybersecurity and compliance challenges. She recently achieved her CRISC certification from ISACA and is currently preparing for the CISA, further strengthening her expertise in risk and compliance management.

Her multidisciplinary background makes her a versatile leader with a unique perspective: she brings together technical detail, human-centered decision-making, and business priorities to help clients grow securely while building resilience against today’s evolving threats.
