With nearly 15 years of extensive hands-on experience in both the technical and executive realms of the cybersecurity industry, M. Martin Lemay founded Cyberspective in 2023. His goal was to assist customers in navigating the same challenges he encountered while assessing and developing security programs: to unveil the true potential of business opportunities enabled by cybersecurity initiatives.

Cybersecurity is often viewed through a lens of apprehension, a ‘necessary evil’ associated with fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD). However, Martin Lemay champions a broader vision. He argues that cybersecurity transcends its traditional role of merely minimizing risks. During his tenures as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Fractional CISO (vCISO), he had the privilege of tackling the issue from different ‘perspectives.’ He successfully advocates for a cybersecurity program that fosters growth, innovation, competitive advantage, and sustainability.
